中国男子篮球职业联赛（CBA）管理体制创新研究

摘要

中国男子篮球职业联赛（简称CBA）经过20多年的发展，取得了可喜的进步，但发展至今，仍存在许多问题。究其原因，这些问题的产生和发展，都离不开CBA的管理体制。从管理体制中管理权及所有权的配属问题出发，分析目前CBA管理体制中存在的问题，并从生产条件、需求条件和其他方面分析问题产生的原因，从而提出解决目前管理体制问题的方法与建议。认为，应成立专门从事职业联赛运营的专业机构，并从协会治理联赛观念更新、改革现有联赛发展委员会人员结构、创建一个俱乐部拥有更多发言权利的公司或者团队、完善监管体制和加强管理部门对联赛新闻的积极回应等方面促进CBA管理体制的创新。%After more than 20 years of development,the Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League(CBA)has made a lot of progress,but it still has a lot of problems. Investigate its reason,the production and development of these problems cannot be separated from the management system of CBA. This pa⁃per analyzed the problems existing in the current management system of CBA ,from management right and ownership and put forward the method and the sug⁃gestion to solve the current problems in the management system from the production conditions ,demand conditions and other aspects of the analysis of the causes. That should set up professional institutions in the professional league operation,and from the idea of Governance Association League update,reform the current League Committee of development personnel structure,create have more right to speak in the company or team in a club,improve judgment super⁃vision system and strengthen management department to league press responded positively to promote the innovation of management system of CBA.
