滨海城市用海规划策略研究--以天津滨海新区为例

摘要

通过对当前我国滨海城市的用海现状调查，结合国内外城市用海的研究动态，以天津市滨海新区为例，分析其城市用海的生态安全、平面形态、用地布局以及专项规划与管理调控机制方面现存的主要问题，提出生态保护与复育、规划平面形态优化、规划用地布局优化、规划管理四方面的策略，为我国滨海城市的用海规划提供一定的借鉴和引导。%Researching the current situations of coastal cities's ocean space utilization in China and combing related analy-ses of them at home and abroad , this paper , with Tianjin Binhai New Area as an example , analyzes the primary problems existing in the ecological security, plane form, land layout, special planning, management and regulation mechanism.In addition, this paper also puts forward some strategies from four aspects , namely ecological protection and restoration , the optimization of plane form planning , the optimization of land layout and the management planning , providing some refer-ences and guidance for the planning of ocean space utilization in China ’ s coastal cities .
