黄瓜籽和萝卜籽干燥特性的实验研究

     

摘要

Cucumber seeds and radish seeds were dried in a vibrated fluidized bed dryer and an oven. The moisture content and germination rate of the dried seeds were used as quality indexes in this investigation. The results indicated that the high-est temperature the two kind seeds could stand was 40,℃ under which the seeds still retained vitality,but the moisture con-tent couldn’t reach the standard through drying in the oven. In the vibrated fluidized bed,the germination rate of the seeds dried through one-step method exceeded 90%,while the moisture content was still not up to standard. Intermittent tempering drying is a two-step method.The materials after primary drying in the vibrated bed were tempered in the environment and the bound moisture in cells slowly migrated into the intercellular space. The tempered material was dried in the vibrated flui-dized bed a second time. Both the germination rate and moisture content reached the standards.%以黄瓜籽和萝卜籽为物料,以干燥后产品的发芽率和湿基含水量为质量指标,研究了蔬菜种子在烘箱及振动流化床中的干燥特性。结果表明:这两种蔬菜种子的耐热温度为40,℃,在烘箱中干燥时很难达到所要求的产品湿基含水量。在振动流化床中,一次干燥后产品的发芽率在90%以上,但是产品湿基含水量达不到要求;而采用缓苏–间断的干燥工艺,一次干燥后让物料在环境中缓苏,种子细胞内的结合水分在缓苏过程中缓慢迁移到细胞间隙中,然后再进行二次干燥,种子的湿基含水量及发芽率均能达到要求。
