组织承诺与关系绩效的关系研究——基于公立医院的实证

         

摘要

以公立医院医生为研究对象,首先用因子分析分别确认了组织承诺的三维度结构和关系绩效的两维度结构,在此基础上运用结构方程对组织承诺的各个维度与关系绩效的两个维度之间的关系进行分析.研究发现组织承诺中的感情承诺(AC)和规范承诺(NC)对关系绩效两个维度都存在显著的正相关,但持续承诺(CC)与关系绩效两个维度之间的负相关关系没有统计显著性.%Taking the doctors of public hospital as research objects, the article respectively confirms the three-dimensional structure of organizational commitment and the two-dimensional structure of contextual performance based on the factor analysis. Then it analyzes the relationship between various dimensions of organizational commitment and two dimensions of contextual performance with the structural equation. The study finds that affective commitment(AC)and normative commitment(NC)in organizational commitment have significant positive correlation with two dimensions of con - textual performance while the negative correlation between continuance commitment (CC)and two dimensions of contextual performance isn't statistically significant.
