Many events occur by workers in China last year. There are some characteristics, these happen in auto industry which has many chain stores. The core question is highly low income for the employees. The proteste are organized by workers. There are three backgrounds for the cases. Firstly, the working relationship has become market relationship. Secondly, the employers and employees become opposite roles in society. Thirdly, financial crisis brings some new problems to the workers. Therefore, some leaders and trade unions have reflected about it, in the meanwhile, take some action for the cases. However, the role of national trade unions is based on the will of Chinese workers, Chinese basic social system and Chinese social development.%去年中国所发生的多起工人集体行动事件，具有如下之特点：此类事件多发生在产业链长而紧密的汽车行业且影响巨大；工资过低成为劳资矛盾的核心问题；抗争事件都是由工人自发组织的。此类事件发生的社会背景有其三：一是劳动关系已完成市场化转型；二是劳资矛盾已发展为社会突出矛盾；三是金融危机给劳工权益保障带来新问题。针对这类事件，一些地方党政领导、企业工会和全国总工会已作出认真反思，并采取一些相应改革措施。而中国工会职能作用的进一步体现，将取决于中国工人的意愿、中国社会基本制度和中国社会的发展。
