当前我国正处于经济社会转型期,劳动关系矛盾进入多发期,构建和谐劳动关系的任务艰巨繁重。要在原有制度的基础上,再建立一个劳资对话机制,使劳资双方及时沟通信息,及时解决企业生产经营中存在的问题,及时解决员工最困难、最忧虑、最急迫的实际问题,共建和谐稳定的劳动关系。%At present, China is in a period of economic and social transformation, while conflicts are frequent in labor relations, so it is an arduous task to develop harmonious labor relations. It is necessary to construct another mechanism of dialogues between employers and employees based on original system, in order that they can promptly communicate with each other, solve enterprises’ problems with their production or management and handle the most diffi cult, worrisome and urgent problems for employees, in order to jointly establish harmonious and stable labor relations.
