建立常规问卷反馈机制提升教学资源质量--日本放送大学学生问卷调查的启示

The questionnaire survey held once each year by The Open University of Japan plays an important role in ensuring the teaching resources’ quality and attracting more students to take distance education. The Open University of China has already created large varieties of teaching resources. It guarantees these teaching resources to suit for learners needs and improve the teaching quality. So it’s very necessary to get direct feedback of students’ respects. Thus, the regular questionnaire survey is an effective measure in teaching. In this way, it is a worthwhile information from the Open University of Japan’s experience.%日本放送大学开展的每年一次的教学评价学生问卷调查，为保证和提高各类教学资源的质量，吸引更多的学习者参加远程教育学习做出了重要贡献。中国开放大学建设了大量的多样化的教学资源，为保证这些资源符合学习者的需要，提高资源质量，需要有学生全面直接的反馈信息。所以，常规的学生问卷调查就成为一种有效手段。日本放送大学的经验值得我们学习和借鉴。
