新时期高职教师职业倦怠成因及对策——基于职业压力视角

         

摘要

职业倦怠是新时期师资队伍建设的重点问题.高职教师职业倦怠的主因来自强大的职业压力,体现在高工作负荷、多重角色冲突、教学自我效能感低下等方面.减轻职业压力是缓解教师职业倦怠有效路径之一,为此教师自身要建立自我心理疏导机制、提高职业素养;学校要从制度建设层面科学安排教师工作任务、降低专任教师生师比、明晰教师多重角色的界定、强化课堂纪律管理,通过外在合理的制度建设激发教师内在的工作热情.%Job burnout has become the key problem for the construction of teacher's morality.The causes of the job burnout have come from heavy professional stress, which is represented by the workload, multiple-role conflicts, the low self-efficiency on teaching.Relieving professional stress is an effective way to reduce the job burnout.Therefore, teachers themselves should set up self-psychological counseling mechanism and improve the professional accomplishment.Vocational colleges should arrange the task for teachers based on system-building level, reduce the student to full-time teacher ratio, clarify the definition of teachers'multiple roles, strengthen the classroom discipline and arouse teachers'inner work enthusiasm by proper system construction.
