传统耻感文化与网络道德治理

摘要

Traditional shame culture is a culture with ethics and morality as its core value,which has important reference value for network moral governance.It takes the subj ectivity as the basis of the moral development mechanism,forms the value j udgment through the recognition of shame,so as to establish the basic ethics of the network subj ect"no doing ashamed things".On this basis,the moral consciousness of network subj ect is further developed into"feeling disgraceful".The individ-uals conforms their network behaviors to the ethics,but also consciously resists other behaviors that violate the network morality.In the real world,to form the network moral governance pattern of"no doing ashamed things"and"feeling disgraceful",the key is to"develope people's awareness of shame",enhance the self-consciousness of value choice of network morality.%传统耻感文化是以底线伦理道德为核心价值的文化,对网络道德治理具有重要借鉴价值.它以彰显主体性为道德生发机制的基础,通过对"耻"的体认,形成价值判断,建立起网络主体"行己有耻"的底线伦理.网络主体的道德意识进一步升华为"有耻且格",使个体网络行为符合道德要求,自觉抵制其他违背网络道德的行为.要形成"行己有耻""有耻且格"的网络道德治理格局,关键要"养民知耻",增强网络道德主体的价值选择自觉性.
