To explore relationship between employee's organizational commitment and job engagement,an empirical study was conducted. The samples were from employees of diffent corporations in Huaian .The study proves that affective commitment and ideal commitment have remarkable positive correlation with job engagement,normative commitment,economic commitment and choice commitment have weak correlation with job engagement,and also have remarkable positive correlation with job engagement.%本文以不同地区企业员工为调查对象,对员工组织承诺和工作投入的关系进行了实证研究.研究结果表明,情感承诺、理想承诺与工作投入各维度呈现显著正相关,规范承诺、经济承诺和机会承诺与工作投入各维度部分呈显著正相关,部分呈弱的正相关.
