区域大学科技园融合发展能充分发挥大学科技园在聚集高端产业、提升创新能力、促进经济发展方面的作用。但大学科技园发展仍然存在着较多的功能障碍，区域经济融合优势的培育与提升需要引起足够的重视。2010年86家国家大学科技园孵化企业总收入为226.1亿元，对区域高新技术产业的推动作用较弱，低于2004-2009年，平均每个国家大学科技园孵化收入为2.6亿元。同时2010年国家大学科技园场地面积和单位企业平均人数都出现下降趋势。本文通过结合大学科技园技术创新服务平台、技术创新战略联盟、科研生产联合体、创新驿站等技术服务形式，提出区域大学科技园企业间、企业与高校间的技术融合机制，创新主体对接机制以及创新资源对接机制，推进区域创新资源聚集，完善区域创新体系，加快推进大学科技园成为区域产、学、研结合和科技成果产业化的重要平台。%Convergent development of regional university science parks can give full play to aggregate high-tech industry , im-prove innovative abilities, promote the economic development. But there are still many functional obstacles, so that the fostering and the growth of the advantages of regional economic convergence should be taken seriously enough. The 86 University Science Parks incubator companies had total revenue of 22.61 billion yuan in 2010, which had a weak power of regional high-tech industry, under the 2004-2009 average revenues of 2.6 billion each country. And both the area and the average number showed a downward trend. This paper integrates university science park technical service modes of technology innovation service platform , strategic alliances, sci-tech research production community and innovation relay center. Based on this, it puts forward technology convergent mechanism, innovative subject docking mechanism and innovative resource docking mechanism between firms and universities, in order to aggregate regional innovation resources, improve regional innovative system, turn university science parks into industrialization platform of scientific and technological achievements.
