社会资本与中小企业成长的关系研究--以深圳市中小企业板上市公司数据为例

In a personal society like China, exploring SME growth factors from the perspective of social capital has become the focus of many scholars. This paper selects the data from 39 listed companies of Shenzhen SME board with net income and price to earnings representing growth of businesses as the dependent variable and uses entrepreneurs and higher executives' age, their working years and education background as index of social capital. Then the paper conducts an empirical test by the method of Partial Least Squares(PLS). It is found that social capital based on age has a positive correlation with business growth, while entrepreneurs' working year and education background have an unobservable effect. The number and education of higher executives have not exhibited the positive influence.%基于中国人情社会，从社会资本(Social Capital)角度探求中小企业成长因素成为众多学者关注的研究热点。文章选取深圳市中小企业板39家上市公司的数据，以净利与市盈率为企业成长因变量，企业家年龄及学历构成为社会资本变量，兼顾企业高管特质指标，运用部分最小二乘法进行了实证检验。发现以年龄为代表的社会资本对企业成长具有正向相关关系，而企业家的工作年限与学历却表现不佳；高管团队特质对企业成长也未能展示出明显积极的作用。
