PURPOSE: A system for measuring a social capital value of an SNS(Social Network Service) account is provided to measure an initial capital value of the SNS account by applying a virtual stock system to social capital value evaluation of the SNS account and utilize virtual stocks corresponding to social activity of the SNS account, thereby objectively evaluating the social capital value of the SNS account.;CONSTITUTION: A social index measurement system(300) receives social activity quantity of an SNS account from an SAMS(Social Activity Monitoring System)(200) and measures a social index of the SNS account. A virtual stock market system(100) calculates the number of issued stocks and money per one stock based on the social index and floats SNS account stocks.
