项目经理道德风险影响因素实证研究——以建筑施工企业为例

摘要

确定项目经理道德风险的主要影响因素是治理项目经理道德风险的重要工作.文章结合国内外学者的研究成果,将项目经理道德风险影响因素分解为五个维度:组织制度、项目绩效、项目经理素质、项目风险和项目环境.采用文献研究、专家深度访谈和扎根理论相结合的方法,开发出具有良好信度和效度的项目经理道德风险影响因素量表,对我国建筑施工企业进行调研并获得样本数据,运用SPSS20和AMOS20等统计学软件对数据进行分析处理,从实证角度获取了20个项目经理道德风险主要影响因素.量表的开发清晰化了项目经理道德风险影响因素的范围和具体内容,为政府部门和建筑企业有针对性地解决项目经理道德风险问题提供了理论和经验支持.%It is an imperative task to determine the critical influential elements of project managers'moral hazard for addressing the problem of project managers'moral hazard.The influential factors of project managers'moral hazard are decomposed into five dimensions:organization system, project performance, project managers'quality, project risk and project environment.Then through literature rev-iew, expert indepth interview and grounded theory to develop a scale with good reliability and validity to research Chinese construction enterprises, the questionnaire data are obtained and analyzed by using SPSS20 and AMOS20 20 key influential factors of project mana-gers' moral hazard are finally extracted from empirical angle. The scale we develop makes the scope and specific content of influential factors of project managers'moral hazard clear and provides theoretical and empirical support for government departments and construc-tion enterprises to pertinently resolve the problem of moral hazard of project managers.
