中国现代大学基因生成的初期环境要素分析--从登州文会馆到山东大学堂

摘要

在充分利用学者已发掘、整理的登州文会馆与山东大学堂关系渊源的史料基础上，利用历史学家、教育生态社会学家阿什比的大学基因遗传与环境生成理论，比较美国大学由殖民地时期模仿欧洲大学初建到生成美国大学本土模式，同近代中国教会大学向官办大学转变所处的不同处境、采用的不同策略、形成的不同治理形态，进而阐释成功的民族国家大学治理模式之生成需要何种外界环境支撑，其良好的环境主要涉及哪些关键要素，这些要素具备何种特性。%Based on the collections of the historical data that scholars have excavated about Teng-chow College and Shandong Grand School ,the paper try to analyze how and why American and Chi-nese Universities form a distinctive national model. Using the theory of “Any type of university is the product of heredity and environment” by Eric Ashby,a historian,ecological sociologists,We tried to summarize some of the similarities and core elements about how to innovate in an integrated basis when they find their special university models. Through this article ,we want to explore how to variant the genes of a University based on some genetic factors.
