教师工资差异及其对教师流动的影响分析*--以北京市中小学为例

         

摘要

通过分析北京市中小学教师的工资现状,发现中小学教师工资存在较大的城乡差异。这些差异导致教师从农村学校流向城市学校,从经济欠发达地区流向经济发达地区,甚至放弃教师职业。因此,应通过提高教师工资在教育投入中的比例、建立教师劳动力市场、进一步落实绩效工资制度、建立教师工资补偿机制等措施来引导教师合理流动,优化教师资源配置。%Based on the analysis of the present situation of primary and secondary school teachers'sala‐ries in Beijing ,w e found that there w ere obvious differences of teachers' salaries betw een urban and rural areas .These differences has caused flow of teachers from the rural to the urban schools ,from the economically underdeveloped regions to better developed counties or prefectures ,and some even quit the job .Therefore ,the problem can be solved through increasing educational funding from the government ,establishing teachers'human resources market ,implementing performance‐oriented sal‐ary system ,and making the salary compensation mechanisms for teachers so as to guide a rational flow of teachers and optimize the allocation of teacher resources .
