黄茶品质影响因素及加工技术研究进展

摘要

本文从茶树品种和加工工艺对黄茶品质形成的影响，以及黄茶加工技术现状等方面进行了综述，以期促进黄茶产业的发展，实现黄茶生产机械化和规范化。%The article reviewed the study on tea cultivars and processing technology’s effect on Yellow Tea quality and the present status of Yellow Tea processing technology. This article is served to enhance the development of Yellow Tea industry and realize the mechanized and standard production of Yellow Tea.
