从学科知识本位到职业能力本位--高职英语教学形成性评价的新思维

             

摘要

As an effective mode of evaluation reflecting the essence and features of higher vocational education, the successful implementation of formative evaluation in English teaching of higher vocational education requires the change from subject knowledge based evaluation to occupational competence based evaluation in its evaluation orientation. On the basis of following the principle of encouragement and practicality, creating a real occupational situation, intensifying the assessment of students’ comprehensive occupational ability to use English and making the change from “discipline teachers” to “double-professionally-titled teachers” in evaluation subject are also necessary in carrying out the formative evaluation.%  作为体现高职教育本质与特色的有效评价方式,高职英语教学形成性评价的顺利实施需要在评价取向上实现从学科知识本位向职业能力本位的转变。同时,还需要在遵循鼓励性与实践性原则的基础上,注重真实化职场情景的营造,强化学生英语综合职业运用能力的评价,尽快实现评价主体从“学科型”教师向“双师型”教师的转变
