基于模糊PID控制及光纤总线的污水处理监测系统研究

         

摘要

In this paper, a new type of monitor system based on optical fiber bus and fuzzy PID control is designed to solve the sewage disposal key problems of complex system structure, low data transmission rate and bad electromagnetic compatibility, etc. The network monitor system structure based on optical fiber bus is introduced. The optical fiber bus access and optical fiber transceiver, monitor system design method, data fuzzy PID control and algorithm are expressed in detail. The fuzzy PID control algorithm has an increased response of aeration rate or dissolved oxygen compared with traditional PID control algorithm. The system has better anti-interference, robustness and adaptive ability. With fuzzy PID control and simulation of aeration rate or dissolved oxygen, the results indicate that the system has the characteristics of fast dynamic performance, high steady-state precision, etc. It provides one kind of effective and new method to sewage disposal process and complex process control.%针对目前污水处理监测系统结构复杂、数据传输速率低、电磁兼容性差等问题,提出了一种基于模糊PID控制及光纤总线的污水处理监测系统解决方案.介绍了基于光纤总线的网络监测系统结构,并对光纤总线接入、监测系统设计、数据模糊PID控制器及算法等进行了详细的论述.模糊PID控制算法较常规PID控制算法的响应曝气量或溶解氧有所提高,可增强系统的抗干扰能力,提升系统的鲁棒性和自适应能力.通过对溶解氧的控制仿真,表明该系统具有动态性能好、稳态精度高等特点,为污水处理过程控制及其他类似复杂控制提供了一种有效的途径.
