To provide a practical wastewater treatment pit displacement measuring device, a method for monitoring clod movement, and a method for monitoring the wastewater treatment pit that exhibit unprecedented operational effects.SOLUTION: A displacement measuring device for an underground wastewater treatment pit includes: a first distance measuring unit that measures a distance between a first reference position and a second reference position by erecting a measurement wire between the first reference position on an inner wall surface of the wastewater treatment pit and the second reference position diametrically opposed to the first reference position; a second distance measuring unit that measures a distance between a third reference position and a fourth reference position by erecting a measuring wire between the third reference position on the inner wall surface of the waste water treatment pit and the fourth reference position diametrically opposed to the third reference position, that is arranged in a state having a length in a direction intersecting with the measurement wire of the first measuring unit; and a data recording unit that records data measured by the first distance measuring unit and the second distance measuring unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
