高校教学督导工作的实践探讨

摘要

As an important part in the system of monitoring and controlling teaching quality in the colleges and universities, the system of instructional supervision is built, and the relevant theory of the system is also brought in. But, all the teaching staff still need to put efforts into how to deepen the theory in the practice, and how to deepen and diversity the work of instructional supervision.%作为高校内部教学质量监控和保证体系的重要环节，教学督导制度被各高校纷纷建立，相应的理论建设也逐渐繁荣。然而，如何将理论深化到实践中，如何将教学督导工作更加深入化与多元化，还需要广大教学工作者不断做出努力。
