托马斯·阿奎那借用亚里士多德哲学实现了对希腊自然法理论的神学改造。阿奎那的神学自然法代表了古典自然法理论的巅峰，他将自然法的本性概括为实践理性，发展完善了奥古斯丁的“恶法非法”论，提出了可具操作性的反抗暴政理论。古典自然法表明了存在、真理和善的内在相互关联。%Following the arguments of Aristotle’s philosophy,Thomas Aquinas reconstructed Greek natural law into theological natural law. His doctrine of natural law was deemed as the peek of Classical Natural Law. He generalized the essence of natural law as practical reason,improved Augustine’s theory of Lexiniusta non est lex,and advanced an exercisable theory on rebellion against tyranny. The Classical Natural Law expounded that there were intrinsic correlations among being,truth,and goodness.
