院校研究中国化：问题、理论与实践-刘献君教授专访

摘要

刘献君教授一直致力于在我国高校推动院校研究，推进我国现代大学管理科学化。他认为，院校研究是高校的自我研究、管理研究、咨询研究和应用研究。通过研究与实践相互推进，以专题研究为突破口，培训院校研究队伍，组建强有力的团队等措施，我国已经形成开展院校研究的氛围。院校研究正由“初步形成”走向“规范发展”阶段。我国院校研究将继续立足前沿、面向世界、面向未来开创新的局面。%Professor Liu Xianjun has been devoted to developing institutional research(IR) and promoting scientific management in institutions of higher learning(IHL) in China. He thinks IR is IHLs’ study of itself and its management,consulting and operation. Through interactions between research and practice, breakthroughs in studies of special issues,IR professionals training and IR team building,the IR climate has been improved in China. IR in China is shifting from “initial Formation” to “Normative Development”. It should be grounded on the frontier areas and,open to the world and future and new possibilities.
