论“信息-想象”--舆论恐慌心理的形成

The sense of security is a basic need of people. In real life, when the information which threat-ens the public security spreads and becomes the topic of the public, it will cause the event of the panic of public opinion and then disturb people’ s normal life. It is important to explore how the panic of public o-pinion happens when the panic of public opinion is studied. Shadow facts are the prelude of the panic of public opinion and reasonable imagination is the initiator of the panic. The chain reaction from“Informa-tion” and “imagination” caused the development of the panic of public opinion. The mechanism of “In-formation-imagination” in the panic of public opinion shows that the panic of public opinion is a group psychological reaction and that there is no close relation with information non-transparent of government.%对安全感的渴望是人的基本需求。在现实社会中，危及群体安全的讯息一旦在社会上传播，成为舆论议题后，容易造成舆论恐慌事件，扰乱人们的正常生活。研究舆论恐慌，需要探求舆论恐慌心理的发生。影子事实是舆论恐慌的前奏，合理想象是舆论恐慌的始作俑者。从“信息”到“想象”的连环反应，成为酿成舆论恐慌的发生轨迹。舆论恐慌心理的“信息-想象”机制表明舆论恐慌主要是群体性心理反应，和政府信息不透明没有太大关联。
