臭氧-紫外线组合系统净化靓巴非蛤(Paphia schnellian)微生物的研究

         

摘要

[目的]筛选出净化靓巴非蛤的最优净化方法.[方法]采用臭氧--紫外线组合系统杀菌净化海水,结合非循环开放式方法净化靓巴非蛤微生物,以大肠菌群和菌落总数为指标,分别选取温度、盐度、换水率、贝水比等4个因素3个水平进行正交试验,探讨净化靓巴非蛤的最佳环境条件.[结果]依据正交试验结果及从净化效果和经济角度考虑,确定臭氧--紫外线组合系统净化靓巴非蛤的条件为:温度30℃、盐度35%o、换水率8 h/次、贝水比1:10、净化时间36 h.[结论]利用臭氧--紫外线组合系统可达到净化贝类的要求.%[Objective]The present experiment was carried out to screen the best method for killing microorganisms for raising Paphia schnellian. [Method]Tbe ozone-ultraviolet combination system was used to disinfect the sea water and the microorganisms in Paphia schnellian were killed using non-ciroulating-open method in combination with orthogonal tests. The coliforms and aerobic plate count were used to investigate the best environmental conditions for purification of Paphia achnellian. [ Result ]The results showed that the best conditions for purification of pnphia schnellian using ozone-ultraviolet combination system were: 30C temperature, 35‰ salinity, 8 hourly water change, 1:10 shellfish to water ratio, and 36 hours purification time, according to the results of orthogonal test, purification and economic benefits. [Conclusion ]The ozone-ultraviolet combination system was found to be economic and effective to purify the Paphia schnellian for killing microorganisms.
