The Enterprise social work influenced by the devel-opment status of enterprise culture and it also can promote the con-struction of enterprise culture. Quanzhou is area of intensive labor industry In China, influenced by Taiwanese culture, how it's Enter-prise culture? What's kind of dilemma dose Enterprise social work in Quanzhou? The paper tries to answer these questions. Looking for-ward that local entrepreneurs and government could realize the im-portant role of Enterprise social work.
