伟大“中国梦”与大学的神圣使命

     

摘要

“To build a strong country of higher education and satisfying higher education to Chinese people”is the mission and responsibility endowed to a university in the process of realizing“Chinese Dream”of Chinese people. First, the talents cultivated in a university should not only own the quality of high responsibility, ongoing initiative, strong curiosity and expression ability, practice ability, innovation ability, and harmony ability, but also can realize the social responsibility and healthy personality combination, professional ethics and professional ability combination, humanity and scientific spirit combination, historical perspective and global vision combination, and innovation spirit and critical thinking combination. Second, a high quality teaching team is the key and core of realizing the four functions of “talent training, scientific research, social services, cultural inheritance and innovation”. Third, sticking to the modern education idea of“teacher as the subject and students as the center” is the important precondition of cultivating versatile and practical talents with high quality. To determine the teachers' subject position, the construction of teaching staff should be enhanced from the viewpoint of strategy and through active measures, including changing ideas, improving style, revealing personality, strengthening teachers' education training, strengthening talent introduction and other aspects. To implement the idea of students as the center, two key links should be grasped, one is to establish a high-level curriculum system through implementing professional core courses system and carrying out the teaching system of syllabus;the other is to create a good educational environment.%“建设高等教育强国、办人民满意的高等教育”是中华民族在实现伟大“中国梦”进程中赋予大学的使命责任。首先,要求所培养的人才不仅具备“三心四能”,而且还能实现“五个结合”,即社会担当与健全人格结合、职业操守与专业能力结合、人文情怀与科学精神结合、历史眼光与全球视“结合、创新精神与批判思维结合。其次,高素质的教师队伍是实现大学“人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新”四大功能的核心和关键。再次,坚守“教师主体,学生中心”的现代教育理念是培养高素质复合型应用人才的重要前提。要确立“教师主体”地位,就必须从战略高度重视并采取积极措施加强教师队伍建设,包括转变观念、改进作风、彰显教师个性、加强教育培养、加大人才引进力度方面。实践“学生中心”的教育理念,重点要抓好两个关键环节,一是通过实施专业核心课程制度和推行课程实施大纲制度来建立高水平的课程体系;二是营造良好的育人环境。
