人员密集场所暴力恐怖活动特征与防控路径探析

Influenced by extreme religious ideas from over seas, violent and terrorist activities in places with high density people are characterized by high opportunity selectivity, cruelty and great destruction. Intel-ligence early warning, cooperation of intelligence and action with efficiency, application of network supervi-sion and video monitoring system, construction of anti-terrorism facilities, and three-dimensional anti-terror-ism control system should be strengthen. In line with an emphasis on prevention to reduce harms, safeguard-ing network should be constructed to effectively curb the occurrence of violent terrorist activities.%人员密集场所暴恐活动受境外极端宗教思想的影响呈现出时机选择性强、手段残忍、杀伤性大等特点。必须加强情报信息预警，坚持情报与行动高效联动，加强网络监管、视频监控系统运用，加大反恐设施建设，强化立体化反恐防控体系，并本着“预防为主、减少危害”的原则制定综合防范体系，构建安全防护网络，才能有效遏制暴力恐怖活动的发生。
