PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing and controlling cold start reducing useless consumption of energy, preventing breakage of a machine and alleviating load of work, without necessitating empirical knowledge of an expert by considering resin characteristics and machine characteristics to solve problems in the cold start prevention and control, and to provide cold start prevention control equipment, cold start prevention control program and an injection molding machine.;SOLUTION: This method comprises operation of cold start prevention control equipment provided with a motor control section connected to an injection molding machine equipped with a plasticizing screw and a barrel to control a motor driving the mechanism of the injection molding machine; a sequence control section electrically connected to the motor control section and connected to an injection molding sequence input means; a process control section connected to the sequence control section to control barrel heaters and also connected to one or more sensors, to the input means and to a display means; a timer section electrically connected to the process control section to be controlled; and a storing means connected to the process control section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
