墨子“功利主义”思想研究的英语书写

摘要

From the mid 19th Century, the English essays and books on Mohism cover a wide range of topics including religious views, thoughts and history of Mohism, with the English essays on Mo⁃tse’ s Benthamism as the most impressive. The spread of and research on Mo⁃tse’ s Benthamism in English world can be divided into three stages. Western philosophy promotes the renaissance of Mohism in modern times while Mohism, its profoundness and truth goodness are the source which attract researchers of dif⁃ferent generations and different views.%19世纪中叶至今，世界上用英语书写的墨学研究的文章和论著，由墨学的宗教观到开始涉及墨学思想、历史的各个方面，其中引人注目的内容之一，就是对墨子“功利主义”的思想研究。墨子“功利主义”在英语世界流传和研究可分为三个阶段，西方哲学理论对于近代墨学复兴起了重要作用，而墨子及其学说本身的博大、精深、真善，是被不同时代、不同论者进行挖掘和解读其时代价值的根本原因所在。
