随着旅游业的发展，“智慧旅游”成为近年来旅游业关注的热点，我国也将旅游业列为国民经济战略性支柱产业进行推动和发展。我国高等学校在旅游人才的培养中承担着重要的社会责任，文章探讨了在“智慧化旅游”的背景下，研究旅游业态的变化，了解旅游人才的需求，进而调整对旅游人才的培养，以便加强旅游人才的适用性和应用性。%With the development of the tourism industry , the“smart tourism”has become the hot spot in the tourism industry in recent years .China's tourism industry has also been listed as the strategic pillar industry to promote the national economy and the development of our country .China's colleges and universities undertake the important responsibility in the training of tourism personnel .This paper analyzes the changes of the industry against the background of “smart tourism” so as to understand the demand for tourism professionals and to ad-just the education of tourism students so that their adaptability and competence could be improved .
