Food culture ,as an important part of our social life ,develops with social vicissitudes and varies with different regions .Factors,such as the decisive role of natural elements ,the push of cultural factors and the ad-vantages or characteristics of the food culture itself intertwined together ,have an impact on the formation and development of regional food culture .%饮食文化是社会生活的重要组成部分，其随社会的变迁而发展，随地域的差异而不同。在漫长的社会生活中，各地形成了各具特色的饮食文化。自然因素的决定性作用，人文因素的推动作用，饮食自身的优势和特点等相互交织，都影响着地域饮食文化的形成和发展。
