我国杂粮加工技术研究现状

摘要

我国是杂粮生产大国,杂粮因其具有一定的营养价值和保健功能,在人们的饮食结构中所占比重日益增加.文章介绍了我国的杂粮品种、加工现状,并对主要的加工技术以及杂粮产品做了综述,最后展望了我国杂粮及其制品的发展应用前景.%China is rich in grain produce.Because of their nutritional value and health functions,grains play an increasingly important part in people's diets.This paper introduces China's grain varieties,processing technolo-gies and products before exploring the development prospects of grains and grain products.
