PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing and cooking miscellaneous cereal-containing wash-free rice enabling extremely easily boiling miscellaneous cereal-containing rice and rice with fish and vegetables mixed in advance in a boiling condition the same as that of regular wash-free rice, to provide a method for producing and cooking miscellaneous cereal- containing rice and wash-free rice with fish and vegetables mixed in advance, and to provide rice with fish and vegetables mixed in advance and combined wash-free rice.;SOLUTION: The miscellaneous cereal-containing wash-free rice is such that miscellaneous cereals are obtained by mixing at least four kinds of miscellaneous cereals to bring them to at least staple grains and the miscellaneous cereals are, if necessary, subjected to a pretreatment according to the kind so as to boil the miscellaneous cereal-containing wash-free rice in a boiling condition the same as that of wash-free rice. Alternatively, the wash-free rice with fish and vegetables mixed in advance is obtained by mixing at least one kind of ingredient and seasoning with wash-free rice; wherein the ingredient is subjected to a required pretreatment so as to boil the wash-free rice with fish and vegetables mixed in advance in a boiling condition the same as that of wash-free rice.
