高职院校酒店管理专业课程优化设置的研究与实践--以顺德职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例

This article carries out an investigation into the present situation of curriculum design of Hotel Management Program in Shunde Polytechnic , analyzes the existing problems, and then puts forward some suggestions in four aspects, namely the target of talents cultivation, the proportion of theory and practice courses, the digesting and absorbing of overseas quality teaching resources and the construction of teaching teams, in order to optimize the curriculum design.%通过对顺德职业技术学院酒店管理专业课程设置情况进行调研，分析其课程设置存在的问题，并在契合人才培养目标、课程比例设置、消化吸收国外优质教学资源、加强师资力量建设等方面提出课程优化设置的具体建议。
