学分制视阈下本科生导师制运行模式研究

摘要

In the credit system,the undergraduate tutor is not only the study tutor,focusing on profes-sional counseling and skill training,but also the academic tutor,paying attention to academic guidance and cultivation of innovation. On the practical level,the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system needs to inherit the connotation and essence from the undergraduate tutor system of European-American well-known universities;meanwhile,it needs to be based on the education environment and existing educa-tional resources of our colleges and universities. It is helpful in adopting teachers and students' recommen-dations to perfect elective system. And methods should be taken to build various operating modes,improving the effect of the undergraduate tutor system.%学分制视阈下，本科生导师既是学业导师，侧重于学生的专业辅导和综合技能培训，又是学术导师，重视学生的学术引介和创新思想的培育。在现实层面上，本科生导师制的推行既需继承欧美知名高校导师制的内涵要义，更要立足于我国高校教育环境和现有教育资源，在广纳师生建议的基础上不断修正、完善选课制，并坚持自由民主、灵活多样的原则为学生选配导师。同时，需要逐步构建以“互选导师+随机导师”模式、“课程导师+科研导师”模式、“个人导师+团队导师”模式等为核心的立体网状运行模式，而此对提高本科生导师制的运行效果也是颇有助益的。
