对毕业研究生进行就业质量评价是高校的重要职责,也是高校学科、专业发展的基础。本文从招生、培养、就业期望调查、就业质量调查四个方面汇总毕业研究生的数据,构建起毕业研究生大数据库,然后在数据进行处理的基础上运用多元线性回归方法对毕业研究生的就业质量进行了建模评价,分析其关键的影响要素和提升策略。%It is the duty of universities or colleges and also the foundation for development of disciplines and majors to make an evaluation about the employment quality on graduated postgraduates. This paper gathers data about graduated postgraduates from recruitment, cultivation, expectation of employment, and employment quality, so as to build a big database about graduated postgraduates, then gives a modelling evaluation on the employment quality of graduated postgraduates through the way of multiple linear regression based on the data processing, and lastly gives an analysis of the key influential factors and promoting strategy.
