The present invention relates to a system for processing sewage/wastewater quality differentiation based on big data collection and a computer-readable recording medium having a sewage/wastewater quality differentiation program based on big data and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a system for processing sewage/wastewater quality differentiation based on big data collection and a computer-readable recording medium having a sewage/wastewater quality differentiation program based on big data and a method thereof which construct an integrated total system such as physical, biological, and electrochemical, and then partially or wholly apply a filtering method in accordance with a type of sewage/wastewater to achieve efficiency of sewage/wastewater processing. Machine learning and deep learning-based big data are collected. Allowed discharge reference values and division concentration information for each step with differentiated release water quality for each type of sewage/wastewater are generated to release in accordance with allowed discharge reference values suitable for each standard to allow processing suitable for various sewage/wastewater qualities.
