Traditional online courses are only a display platform for learning materials because they overlook teaching process. This paper puts forward the way to introduce a project-oriented approach in the design of online courses. The "Information Literacy Education" course is taken as an example. The project-oriented online curriculum design strategy is elaborated from the aspects of task analysis, project unit design, system optimization and function design, teaching organization, etc. It is necessary to optimize the structure of the course unit and integrate student’s learning, project testing and teacher’s guiding as a whole. All these efforts aim at creating an optimized mechanism of student-based learning, classroom instruction and teacher’s guidance.%文章针对传统网络课程开发注重内容展示、忽视教学设计,由此导致的网络课程只作为学习资源展示平台,缺少完整学习功能的问题,提出了在网络课程开发中引入项目导向的解决方法。以“信息素养教育”课程为例,从工作任务分析、项目单元设计、系统优化与功能设计、教学组织等方面,阐述了项目导向的网络课程开发策略,强调要注重项目化的网络课程单元结构设计,优化系统结构,突出细节设计,融学习导引、项目检验、全程指导于一体,建立学生自主学习为主,教师课堂指导为辅的教学运行优化机制。
