产学研协同创新网络模型构建研究

     

摘要

Industry-university-institute collaborative innovation increasingly draws the attention of industrial and academic fields. The traditional innovation mode and the new mode of external cooperative innovation are compared firstly, and the motivation of industry-university-institute collaborative innovation of enterprise is analyzed. Based on it, the network of industry-university-institute collaborative innovation is constructed, which is composed of industrial entity plus non-industrial entity and taking enterprise as the core. It is proposedthat the basic unit of product, namely, the functional module should be taken as the interactive carrier of enterpriseand external resources, and an operating ecology cycle model orienting industry-university-institute collaborative innovation should be constructed, furthermore. The operating mechanism is analyzed of interactive collaboration of core enterprise and external industry-university-institute resources, which is relying on interactive carrier that taking module as the unit. Finally, the applicability of theory proposed by the research is further validated by a case of industry-university-institute collaborative innovation of Haier Group.%产学研协同创新日益受到产业界和学术界的关注. 首先对比传统创新模式和外部协作创新模式,分析企业的产学研协同创新动机. 在此基础上,构建由产业实体+非产业实体构成的以企业为核心的产学研协同创新网络. 提出把组成产品的基本单元——功能模块作为企业与外部资源交互的载体,进而构建一个面向产学研协同创新的运行生态圈模型,并分析核心企业依托以模块为单元的交互载体实现与外部产学研资源交互协作的运作机理. 最后,结合海尔集团的产学研协同创新案例进一步验证本文提出理论的适用性.
