To correctly understand patriotism is not only the inherent requirement of essence of patriotism, but also the premise of rational patriotism education.It is believed that rational patriotism should be advocated in socialist countries according to discussions from three perspectives, namely, the patriotism feelings of“non-mass”, the relationship between “motherland” and “state”, and the relationship between“rationalism” and “irrationalism” of patriotism.
