“实训+竞赛”的教学模式引导学生进行创新性学习

         

摘要

Today, education has a significant trend on raising student's application ability, practical ability and innovation ability. In this paper, the former teaching reform patterns were summarized firstly. Previous teaching reforms improved teaching effect mainly through teaching methods and teaching means, and lacked of the training of student's synthesis application ability and innovation ability. So we proposed a new "practice and competition" teaching model. In this model, practice raises student's practical ability and elementary application ability, and competition improves student's synthesis application ability and innovation ability. Practice includes basic training and comprehensive training. Basic training makes students grasp the use of elementary knowledge through some basic subjects. Comprehensive training includes much knowledge of different courses, through the theoretical knowledge's application in actual projects, cultivates student's synthesis application ability. The competition can stimulate student's innovative potential, and improve their innovative ideology, cooperation consciousness and organizing capability, etc. Finally, this paper introduces the effectiveness in practice teaching.%培养学生的应用能力、实践能力和创新能力是当今教育发展的重要方向.首先对以往教学改革的模式进行了总结分析,以往的教学改革主要从教学方法和教学手段等方面进行改革,缺乏对学生综合应用能力和创新能力的培养,为此提出了“实训+竞赛”的教学模式.通过实训培养学生的实践能力和基本应用能力,通过竞赛提高学生的综合运用能力和创新能力.实训包括基础实训和综合实训,基础实训通过合理的基本题目训练使学生掌握基本知识的运用,综合实训的内容涉及到多门课程的知识,通过理论知识在实际项目中的运用,培养学生对知识的综合运用能力.竞赛能够激发学生的创新潜能,有利于培养他们的创新意识、协作意识和组织能力等.最后介绍了“实训+竞赛”教学模式在实践教学中取得的成效.
