大跨径预应力连续梁桥施工阶段预拱度

             

摘要

目的 研究沈阳四环西苏堡特大桥桥梁监控中合理的预拱度设置理论,以期得到正确的预拱度求解方法.方法 采用灰色系统理论,应用该理论的GM(1,1)模型对连续梁桥预拱度进行预测,检验该理论的计算结果是否满足精度要求.在施工过程中,对连续梁桥的预拱度进行修正,以保证桥梁预拱度的准确、合理.结果 采用灰色系统理论得到的11号梁段的预拱度预测值与实际预拱度值的相对误差为4.03%,其他梁段预测结果的相对误差均不超过8%,误差满足精度要求.施工过程中各个梁段累计挠度的对比中,采用灰色系统理论调整后的数值更接近于实际累计挠度.结论 采用灰色系统理论GM(1,1)模型可以准确地对连续梁桥预拱度进行预测,该方法是一种合理的连续梁桥预拱度求解方法.%In order to research the method of long span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge pre camber setting and control process during construction stage,the grey system theory was used. The pre camber of continuous beam bridge was established by using grey model GM( 1,1) and accuracy of the results were tested. During construction stage, the pre cambers of bridge were modified to ensuring the bridge cambers accurate and reasonable. By using grey system theory, relative error of the 11th beams' camber was 4. 03%, the other beams were less then 8%,the error meets demand of precision. By using the grey system theory GM (1,1) model,pre cambers of continuous beam bridge were predicted accurately, the method was reasonable to predict pre cambers of continuous beam bridge.
