摘要：职业素养是高等职业院校学生就业的核心竞争力。思想政治教育在培养学生的职业素养方面担当了重要角色。与实践脱节是高等职业院校思想政治理论课的教学现状。实践教学的低成效性是其最大难题。缺乏实践育人观念、常态运行机制和高效教学模式是其三大成因。高等职业院校要创新课堂教学模式、优化校内实训环节并开拓校外实践基地以增强思想政治理论课实践教学的实效性。%Abstract： Occupational accomplishment is the core competitive power of the students of higher vocational colleges and schools in their employment. Ideological and political education plays an important role in developing student occupational accomplishment. The failure of the ideological and political theories teaching in combination with practice is the status quo of this course in higher vocational colleges and schools. And the poor actual effect is regarded as the most serious problem on this course, which is thought to be caused by lacking of such major factors as the mentality of cultivating talents through practice, a normal working mechanism and a highly effective teaching mode. It is suggested that higher vocational colleges and schools innovate the classroom teaching mode, optimize the links of practice and training inside campus and open up practice-oriented bases outside campus to improve the actual effect of the practice-oriented teaching of ideological and political theories.
