采用数理统计方法,对7大类学生体质测试项目———50米跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐(女)、引体向上(男)、800米跑(女)、1000米跑(男)的数据进行分析,提出了针对速度、腿部肌肉爆发力、身体柔韧性、腰腹部肌肉力量、有氧耐力等进行综合体能训练,突出“普抓”,弱化“专门性”练习,体育课增加体质测试项目考核,增强学生对体质测试的重视等建议。%Using the P-value method of mathematical statistics, this report analyzes the data of seven items inclu-ding 50M, standing long jump, sit-and-reach, sit-ups (female), pull-ups (male), 800M (female) and 1000M (male). It focuses on the comprehensive training of speed and muscle explosive of legs, flexibility, mus-cle strength of waist and abdomen and aerobic endurance, and proposes that physical training should highlight the “extensiveness” instead of “specialized” exercise, add items of physical fitness tests in physical education classes and raise students’ awareness of physical fitness tests.
