基于“技术回归”模式的高校铅球教学重点转移研究

摘要

通过形态指标测量法、实验对比法及统计法，提出在体育教育专业铅球普修课中传统教学方法改成教学重点转移的优化教学形式，从而对教学内容的重点进行了转移和优化．实验结果表明：以传统的教学顺序为基础．突出教学重点转移的铅球教学程序，对学生掌握完整的背向滑步的推铅球技术和提高运动成绩有较大帮助．%The morphological index measurement, experimental comparison method and statistical method, Physical Education Course Shot shift in the emphasis of teaching the idea of the unique teaching methods, which focus on teaching content to optimize the design of the transfer.
