基于模块化教学的人才培养研究与实践

         

摘要

知识、能力和素质是工程型人才必须具备的三大要素.然而,我国本科教育普遍存在重知识传授、轻能力及素质培养的问题.结合广东光电产业的发展现状及趋势。对广东工业大学光信息科学与技术专业在人才培养当中的课程体系设置进行研究。以提高学生工程实践能力为培养目标,制定人才培养方案,构建模块化教学课程体系.%Knowledge, ability and quality are the three essential factors possessed by a person of talent of engineering. Otherwise, there is a problem of emphasizing the imparting of knowledge and belittling the training of ability and quality in our undergraduate education. The paper researched the curriculum system in the specialized field of optical information science and technology in Guangdong University of Technology, combined with the current situation and development trend of Guangdong optoelectronic industry. Talent training scheme was established, and the curriculum system of modularization education was constructed to enhance the ability of engineering practice of students.
