Work-study program, work-assisted study program, internship, and part-time job are all the chief forms of college students' social practice. The current work-assisted study program in colleges should be defined as the assistance conducted by government and colleges to help poor students to finish their study. While the internship and part-time job taken by college students are their paid labor in their spare time so as to gain social experience and to get employment.
