高校分校区文化的评估和重建--以山西省高校为例

         

摘要

山西省的一些高校和全国许多高校一样,经过扩张形成了一校多区的格局。分校区文化与主校区相比,无论在文化实力和文化建设水平上都与主校区存在着种种差距。在处于文化建设薄弱地带的分校区,迫切需要探索出增强文化软实力建设的新路。应在立足学科专业特色的基础上,立足分校区原有的文化传统,重建具有鲜明个性的分校区文化,融合、传承、丰富、补充主校区文化,实现高校文化的整体发展。%Some of the Shanxi province colleges and universities throughout the country,after expansion formed a school multi-zone pattern. The brance campus culture,compared with the main campus,no matter in the cultural strength and cultural construc-tion on the level has gap. In the cultural construction of the weak area,there is the urgent need to strengthen cultural soft power con-struction of the new road. Should be based on the subject on the basis of professional characteristics. Based on the the original cultur-al traditions,we should reconstruct unique culture of branch campuses,fuse,inherit,richen,supply the main campus culture and realize the overall development of the university culture.
