新型生物防裂剂对枣果实抗氧化酶系统活性及脯氨酸含量的影响

         

摘要

以壶瓶枣(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv.Huping)为试验材料,在果实不同发育期分别喷施生物防裂剂Ⅰ和防裂剂Ⅱ,以喷施等量的清水为对照,通过测定不同处理枣果不同发育时期抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸含量的变化,研究不同生物防裂剂对枣果实发育过程中抗氧化酶活性及脯氨酸含量的影响,探讨防裂剂的防裂机制.结果表明,防裂剂Ⅰ可促使脯氨酸含量增加,膨大期之后增加显著,脯氨酸含量明显高于对照组,而防裂剂Ⅱ可使脯氨酸含量降低,膨大期之后降低显著,脯氨酸含量明显低于对照组;与对照组相比,喷施防裂剂Ⅰ处理的SOD,POD,CAT活性都有不同程度的降低,喷施防裂剂Ⅱ处理的SOD,POD,CAT活性高于对照组和喷施防裂剂Ⅰ处理.防裂剂Ⅰ可促使枣果实脯氨酸含量增加,防裂剂Ⅱ可使脯氨酸含量减少,防裂剂Ⅰ,Ⅱ可有效提高枣果实中抗氧化酶活性,防裂剂Ⅱ的效果更明显.%The 'Huping' Jujube was used as material.The anti crack agents I and Ⅱ were sprayed in different developmental stages of fruit,and the same amount of fresh water was used as control.The changes of antioxidant enzyme activity and proline content in different processing dates were determined.The objective was to study the effect of different biological crack inhibitor on the activity of antioxidant enzymes and proline content in the development of jujube fruit,and to explore the mechanism of biological crack inhibitor.The result showed that the anti cracking agent Ⅰ could increase proline content,increase significantly after expansion period,and proline content was significantly higher than that of control group,while anti cracking agent Ⅱ could reduce proline content,reduce significantly after expansion period,and proline content was significantly lower than that of control group.Compared with the control group,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT treated by anti cracking agent Ⅰ decreased to some extent.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT treated by anti cracking agent Ⅱ were higher than those of control group and spraying anti cracking agent Ⅰ.Anti cracking agent Ⅰ can increase the content of proline in jujube fruit,and the anti cracking agent Ⅱ can reduce the content of proline.The anti cracking agent Ⅰ,Ⅱ can effectively improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in jujube fruit,and the effect of anti cracking agent Ⅱ is more obvious.
